Who We Are
The Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association, a sub-chapter of the American Culinary Federation, is comprised of chefs and culinary enthusiasts throughout the greater Washington, DC area. Our membership hails from a host of food service operations: Restaurant, Hotel, High School and Post-Secondary Education, Military, Manufacturing, Convention, Country Club, and Personal Catering.
There are several levels of membership to fit your personal and professional needs. ACF Membership categories are: Professional Culinarian, Culinarian, Student Culinarian, Junior Culinarian, Associate and Allied.
The chapter meets monthly (generally, the third Monday of each month) at a location graciously hosted by the chef or property owner. Additionally, our Board is always looking for dedicated individuals to develop, coordinate and execute events.
