1-Hour Butchery Demo with Creekstone Farms

Join the Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association members for a 1-hour demonstration on primal cuts sponsored by Creekstone Farms and Fell’s Point Meats.  This interactive meeting will allow attendees to help breakdown primal cuts in the Earl’s kitchen and meet the people at Creekstone Farms.  Please wear chef whites and bring knives if you wish to participate – cutting boards are provided.  This is open to the first 30 ACF members who register.  Cost is free and light appetizers will be served.

If you want to sharpen your butchery skills, then this is the place, but reigster soon as there is limited kitchen space.  Chapter members are welcome to join the business portion, but if you want to participate in the demo, then please register using the Eventbrite link above.
