Join your fellow chefs and foodies for our NCCA chapter meeting at Pizza University Culinary Arts Training Center on Monday, April 11th, at 5pm. This promises to be a fantastic networking and educational event with a hands-on brick oven pizza making demo from the culinary center’s talented pizza chefs along with a beer making presentation from Denizens Brewing Company down the street.
Space is limited so please RSVP early. Light refreshments will be provided and we will ID for beer consumption. So get ready to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in learning the secrets to make Authentic Italian Pizza from scratch – all while spending some much needed networking time with your fellow ACF members.
