Joint Culinary Federation Monthly Meeting @ US Foods

The Greater Baltimore and Nation’s Capital Chefs Association are joining forces for a Joint American Culinary Federation Monthly Meeting to be held on Monday, March 9, 2020. Hosted by US Foods, 7380 Coca Cola Drive, Hanover, MD 21076.

Chapter members from both chapter must register NLT March 8th to Chef John Johnson, CEC, CCE, AAC at

Once you exit onto Coca Cola Drive, go straight for 3/4 mile and turn right at the top of the hill into the their facility. There is plenty of parking on site. Enter through the US Foods Kitchen entrance. Turn slightly to the right to enter the conference room.

• 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: GBC Board of
Director’s meeting in small conference room
• 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: (Approximately)
Chapters’ Meeting in large conference room
• 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm: US Foods Presentation
“Scoop” – US Foods Top Tier brands
• 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Dinner Buffet
During dinner, there will be a Restaurants Operating Consultants presentation on the big screen TV’s.

A 50/50 Raffle drawing will be drawn at the end of the night, must be present to win. Cash only for $1.00/ticket – Winner takes home ½ of the money collected.
