Kick off 2018 with your fellow culinarians at Ping Pong Dim Sum in Chinatown. Host Chef and long time friend of the chapter, Nishan Amenu, will sample some of his best dim sum along with a cash bar to ward off that January chill. Chef Tim Recher, CEC will conduct a 1-hour seminar on the certification process with the ACF along with some highlights of the challenging CMC exam. If you ever considered getting certified through the ACF or just want to learn more about the rewards of certification, then this is the seminar for you. Plus, all attendees will earn 1.0 Continuing Education Hour (CEH) towards their renewing or initial certification.

Street parking is limited, but there are plenty of garages nearby or use the Chinatown metro stop only a block away. Please RSVP using the attached link to kick off 2018 with awesome food, drink, education and camaraderie. We look forward to seeing you there.
