Come join the Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board for an exciting and informative pairing of Wisconsin cheese and craft beer.  The event will start with a 1-hour educational seminar from Sara Hill, Manager of Cheese Education and Training, worth 1.0 CEH through the ACF.  The bar will open with great food and drink for the remainder of the evening.

Cost is $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members that includes the 1-hour seminar and two drink tickets.  The bar will be open until 8pm and additional food provided by the food truck is not included. This should be a great event for anyone who enjoys craft brews and ways to pair them with fantastic American-made cheeses.
